To finish the meals, there is nothing better than daring to try the local watermelon or oranges or venture into the Ibizan pastries: flaó (cheesecake and mint), ensaimadas, macaroons de Sant Joan or greixonera, good proposals to taste with a café caleta (a type of coffee that is made in Ibiza by boiling the beans with liqueurs) or a glass of Ibizan herbs, the most consumed digestive food on the island.
